About Me
Hi, I’m Grace! Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I still call it home, sharing life here with my husband and two amazing daughters.
My personal wellness journey began in 2008 after years of trying all the diets left me feeling guilty and far from healthy.. While my background is in marketing and fashion, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward the wellness space. In 2013, I enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I learned life-changing theories about food and the body. That experience ignited my passion for holistic health, leading to years of learning, experimenting, and putting wellness practices into action, shifting my perspective.
I no longer see food through a lens of restriction but as something that nourishes and supports my well-being. I believe that food is medicine and try to eat with the seasons, shop at local farmers' markets, and choose organic whenever possible. I embrace a more sustainable and balanced way of eating, often called intentional eating, following an 80/20 approach that prioritizes nourishment without rigidity.
Beyond coaching individuals and groups, I love creating wellness programs that make healthy living accessible. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking with my daughters, doing Pilates, soaking up the sun on a beach, or advocating for cleaner, more transparent food standards—like removing artificial dyes and other harmful additives from our food supply.
For me, wellness is about balance, joy, and practicality—and I can’t wait to share that with you!
